England’s one of the most popular festival is v festival. In it, almost 100 bands came to perform from all over the world mainly from United Kingdom. During the last v festival the tickets were been sold in just 90 minutes after its opening. However the lineup of bands for the year 2009 v festival is not yet announced but it is expected that this year’s festival will be much more bigger.

Another music festival, which is famous in UK, is reading festival. In the year 2008, the festival took place on the weekends of the 22nd and 24th August.

Reading festival tickets were been sold out in just 2 hours. HMV also sold the tickets of the reading festival in less than one hour.

The Reading Festival 2008 had a huge number of changes in site, which includes transfer of the wristband swap to the gates. There are number of improvements in security for the reading festival over the Thames River. Measures were been taken to join the white campsite with the main region.

The reading festival had some problems regarding selling of the tickets. For the first time introduction of combination of different ticket-counter results in long queues and due to this, more than half of the number of the people standing in the queue had to wait for more than 15 hours. Therefore, many people prefer to buy their tickets from seatwave that helps in buying and selling of people with the guarantee of timely delivery.
